The selection process itself is a great learning process for budding cricketers. Trials will be held in each district providing an opportunity to everyone so that no ambiguity is left in selection criteria. The performance of players will determine their potential to be selected from each district of AJ&K: whereas overseas Kashmiri origin players will be nominated by Chief International Coordinator. The selection for each squad shall be made through the drafting process, purely and solely based on merit and performance.
